General Registration Guidelines

On-line Registration Procedures

  1. Proceed to on-line registration. You can find the links on the home page and on the Program Information page.
  2. All first time users must now select "I'm new to online registration" to create a new user ID and password. Please note that you will use this registered email address and password for future program registrations. If you forget your password, you do have the ability to reset it on-line.
  3. If you experience any difficulty locating your information or logging in, please contact the Seacoast Family YMCA at (603) 431-2334. Outdated address information or incorrect spelling of your name may affect your ability to register on-line. Our Member Services staff will be able to check and correct your information. Although the Member Services staff cannot correct all on-line registration problems immediately, they may be able to update your information so you can try again or report the problem to the system administrator.
  4. Select the Department (i.e. Aquatics, Family Activities, Summer Camp) of the program in which you would like to register.
  5. Select the Program (i.e. Eel, Flick and Float, Challengers).
  6. Select the day and desired time. A program/class is available if "more info..." is showing. You may also select 'more info...' to determine how many spaces are available in that specific program/class. If "wait list info..." is showing, that particular class is full. If a program/class is full, you will not be able to register for that particular program/class. You do have the option of being placed on a wait list and then can proceed to register for another available time.
  7. Review your program selection. You must now choose the member who is registering for this program (only one member may register at a time).
  8. Verify registration information. You may now choose Cancel, Register for More Programs, or Check Out. Be sure to review program cost.
  9. Provide payment information to complete registration. Payment may be made using Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Print the registration confirmation for your records. In addition, a confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email address. Please bring a copy of your confirmation to the first class.
  10. Summer Camp Payment: A $25 non-refundable deposit per week, per child and all transportation fees must be paid in full to complete registration. To pay the remaining balance, you have the following options:
    1.) Pay the entire amount on-line immediately;
    2.) Schedule an on-line payment by credit card;
    3.) Receive an invoice via mail.

    To schedule an on-line credit card payment, please check the 'schedule payment box' before proceeding to check-out.

    Your remaining balance will automatically be charged on 5/26/2007.
    If you do not either pay the entire balance or select the scheduled payment option, you will receive an invoice via mail in which the remaining balance is due on 5/26/2007. Please contact Susan Weber at (603) 431-2334 x310 or e-mail at sweber@seacoastymca.org if you need to discuss a payment plan.
  11. If you wish to change or cancel a class after completing on-line registration, you must call the Seacoast YMCA at (603)431-2334. An administrative fee of $10.00 will apply for all class changes except if an instructor initiates the change or a class is canceled.
